Your sadhana practice history — chanting counts, meditation minutes, Sankalpa progress, Mandali memberships, and streaks — is tied to your account. If you can't sign in, we'll email you a secure, one-time reset link so you can get back to your daily practice quickly and safely.
How the reset works
- Enter the email address you signed up with above.
- We send a password-reset link to that inbox (valid for one hour).
- Click the link and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
- You're signed straight back in — no lost data, no lost streaks.
Account safety
We never disclose whether an email address is registered in our database. The reset link expires after use and after one hour, whichever comes first. Your session tokens are rotated on every password change to lock out anyone who may have been signed in on another device. For extra security you can enable email-verified sign-in from Settings once you're back in.
Common questions
- Didn't receive the email? Check spam and promotions folders. Add apps@shraddhasaburipath.com to your contacts so future messages arrive in your inbox.
- Signed up with Google? Use Continue with Google on the sign-in page instead — passwords aren't needed.
- Still stuck? Email us at apps@shraddhasaburipath.com and mention the email address you used to register. We'll verify identity and restore access.
