6 Sacred Modules

How Each Module Works

Every module follows the same flow: open, create a Sankalpa, practice, save, and track. Here's the detail for each.

Chanting

Count every sacred name

What is it?

Chanting (Japa) is the devotional repetition of a mantra or divine name. This module provides multiple ways to count — tap counter, mala beads, guided audio with auto-count, and live voice detection.

Who is it for?

Anyone who practises mantra japa — from beginners doing 108 daily to advanced practitioners doing thousands.

How to Start

Open the Chanting module from your dashboard. Choose a mantra from the library or enter your own. Tap to count or use the mala.

Create a Sankalpa

Create a Sankalpa with a target count (e.g., 10,000 Om Namah Shivaya in 48 days) or a streak goal (e.g., 108 daily for 21 days).

Practice

Tap the counter, use the digital mala (108 beads), play guided audio for auto-count, or use live voice detection.

Save

Tap 'Save Offering' when done. Your count is added to your Sankalpa progress and global total.

Progress & Streaks

Track daily streaks, total count, heatmaps, and milestones. Earn badges at 1,008 / 5,004 / 10,008 counts.

Solo vs Group

Create a group Sankalpa in your Mandali. Members contribute counts toward a shared target. View the leaderboard.

Meditation

Still the mind, find the self

What is it?

Meditation (Dhyana) is the practice of focused inner awareness. This module provides timers, guided audio sessions, and minute tracking to build a consistent sitting practice.

Who is it for?

Anyone seeking inner stillness — from beginners starting with 5 minutes to experienced meditators doing hour-long sessions.

How to Start

Open the Meditation module from your dashboard. Set a timer duration and press Start.

Create a Sankalpa

Create a Meditation Sankalpa with a minute target (e.g., 300 minutes in 30 days) or a streak goal (e.g., 10 minutes daily for 48 days).

Practice

Use the meditation timer for timed sessions. Or play guided audio — minutes are auto-tracked during playback.

Save

When the session ends, your minutes are saved automatically. Add a reflection note if you wish.

Progress & Streaks

Track meditation minutes, daily streaks, session history, and consistency. See how your practice deepens over time.

Solo vs Group

Create a group Meditation Sankalpa. Members contribute minutes. Schedule group sessions from Saburi plan onwards.

Parayan

Read the sacred word together

What is it?

Parayan is the devotional reading of sacred texts — Sai Satcharitra, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, and more. Track reading by chapters, pages, or minutes.

Who is it for?

Anyone who reads or listens to sacred texts — individually or in a group Sapthaham (7-day reading).

How to Start

Open the Parayan module from your dashboard. Choose your text and set how you'll track — chapters, pages, or minutes.

Create a Sankalpa

Create a Parayan Sankalpa (e.g., 'Complete Sai Satcharitra in 7 days' or 'Read 1 chapter daily for 48 days').

Practice

Read your assigned portion. Log chapters or pages completed. For group Parayan, chapters are auto-assigned to members.

Save

Mark chapters or pages as read. Your progress updates immediately.

Progress & Streaks

Track chapters completed, reading streaks, and total readings. See your Sapthaham completion history.

Solo vs Group

Run group Parayan with chapter allocation. Each member gets assigned chapters. The Mandali completes the text together.

Nama Lekhanam

Write the divine name in devotion

What is it?

Nama Lekhanam (Likhita Japa) is the sacred practice of writing the divine name. Type sacred names digitally and track your count toward personal vows.

Who is it for?

Devotees who practice Likhita Japa — writing Ram, Sai Ram, Om Namah Shivaya, or any divine name repeatedly.

How to Start

Open the Nama Lekhanam module. Choose your divine name and start typing.

Create a Sankalpa

Set a writing vow (e.g., 'Write Sai Ram 10,000 times in 48 days' or '108 names daily for 21 days').

Practice

Type the sacred name in the writing tool. Each completed name is auto-counted. Feel the meditative flow of repetition.

Save

Your count saves after each session. Watch your Nama Pushthakam (sacred notebook) fill up.

Progress & Streaks

Track total names written, daily streaks, and Sankalpa completion percentage.

Solo vs Group

Create a group Nama Lekhanam Sankalpa. Members write toward a shared sacred offering.

Temple Practice

Every ritual deepens your surrender

What is it?

Temple Practice covers Pradakshina (sacred circumambulation), temple visits, and Seva (selfless service). Log rounds, visits, and acts of service.

Who is it for?

Devotees who visit temples regularly, do Pradakshina, or perform Seva at their local temple or at home.

How to Start

Open the Temple Practice module. Choose between logging Pradakshina rounds, temple visits, or Seva activities.

Create a Sankalpa

Set a Temple Practice Sankalpa (e.g., '108 Pradakshina in 48 days' or 'Weekly temple visit for 48 weeks').

Practice

Log each Pradakshina round, temple visit, or Seva session directly in the app.

Save

Save each session with optional notes and reflections.

Progress & Streaks

Track rounds, visits, and Seva hours. See streaks, milestones, and your 30-day activity heatmap.

Solo vs Group

Create group Pradakshina or Seva Sankalpas. Track collective rounds in your Mandali.

Yoga Sadhana

Unite body, breath, and spirit

What is it?

Yoga Sadhana brings Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, and conscious yoga practice into your daily spiritual discipline — not as fitness, but as devotion. Practice screens now have 3 tabs: Practice (manual counter), Watch & Practice (guided videos uploaded by your mandali owner that auto-log your session when you watch ≥ 70%), and Resources.

Who is it for?

Practitioners who want to track yoga as part of their spiritual sadhana, not just physical exercise.

How to Start

Open Yoga Sadhana from your dashboard. Log Surya Namaskar rounds, Pranayama sessions, or general yoga practice. Or jump to Watch & Practice to follow a guided video.

Create a Sankalpa

Set goals like '12 Surya Namaskar daily for 48 days' or '108 rounds of Pranayama in 30 days'. Optionally link a video category so watching that category credits your sankalpa.

Practice

Log your rounds, minutes, or sessions. Track Surya Namaskar counts, Pranayama duration, or watch a full guided video — all three count.

Save

Save each practice session. Your counts and minutes are recorded toward your Sankalpa. Video watches that cross 70% auto-log with the video's duration.

Progress & Streaks

Track yoga streaks, total rounds, and session history. Mandali owners see per-video insights — plays, watchers, minutes, and a weekly digest.

Solo vs Group

Create group Yoga Sankalpas. Owners can upload guided practice videos (4 / 8 / 16 / 32 per mandali based on plan or add-on) for members to follow.

For Groups

How Mandali (Group Practice) Works

A Mandali is a spiritual circle — a group of seekers practising together. Here's how it works.

What is a Mandali?

A Mandali is a private spiritual group within the app. You can create one for your family, friends, temple community, or any group of seekers. Members join via an invite link or code.

Group Sankalpas

Set shared sacred goals — 100,000 group chants, a group Sapthaham, or a collective Pradakshina target. Every member's contribution counts toward the group total.

For Leaders / Owners

Create your Mandali, invite members, set group Sankalpas, share resources (PDFs, images, audio), view member stats, send nudge reminders, and manage roles (Co-Admin, Moderator).

For Members

Join via invite link. Contribute to group Sankalpas, access shared resources, see the leaderboard, participate in scheduled sessions, and grow alongside your group.

Solo vs Group Practice

Solo practice is tracked on your personal dashboard. Group practice contributes to both your personal stats and the Mandali's collective progress. You can do both simultaneously.

Scheduling & Growth

From the Saburi plan, schedule group sessions in advance. Members receive reminders. Live sessions (Seva plan) let the owner monitor who joins and how much each person contributes in real time.
