1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shraddha Saburi Path ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Shraddha Saburi Path is a digital spiritual practice platform owned and operated by Shri Balasaibaba Sansthan Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in California, USA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Shraddha Saburi Path provides digital tools for spiritual practice tracking and mandali (community) coordination. Our services include:

• Japa and mala counting tools
• Sankalpa (spiritual goal) tracking
• Mandali (community) features for group practice
• Temple building visualization
• Progress tracking and milestones
• Audio mantra guided practice

4. Subscription Model

Our subscription services operate as follows:

• Request-Based Upgrades: Upgrades are processed manually upon request. No instant checkout is available inside the app or website.
• Payment Processing: After submitting an upgrade request, our team will send you a secure payment link via email.
• Access Activation: Access to premium features begins only after payment confirmation through our payment processor.
• Members Are Free: Only Mandali owners pay for administrative tools. Members always join free by invitation.

5. Payment Processing

All international payments are processed via Google Play Billing in compliance with applicable United States laws. Payments are charged in USD or other supported currencies. Currency conversion is handled by the payment processor.

5.1 Billing and Renewal

Billing is processed via Google Play subscriptions. Renewal reminders are sent prior to billing. Access continues only after successful payment confirmation.

• No automatic recurring charges are made
• Renewal payment links are sent before each billing cycle
• Access is maintained during the paid period, regardless of renewal status
• Failure to complete renewal payment results in automatic downgrade at period end

6. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service respectfully and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Disrupt the spiritual atmosphere of Mandali communities

8. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their subscription before the next billing cycle. To cancel, please contact us at apps@shraddhasaburipath.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• Your account and practice data will be retained
• Your Mandali will revert to free tier limitations at the end of the billing period

9. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• No prorated refunds for partial billing periods
• Refunds are granted only in case of billing error or duplicate charge
• Refund requests must be emailed to apps@shraddhasaburipath.com within 7 days of the transaction
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Shri Balasaibaba Sansthan Inc and is protected by California, United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (practice logs, Sankalpa names, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely for providing and improving the Service. Your practice data will never be sold or used for advertising purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shri Balasaibaba Sansthan Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shri Balasaibaba Sansthan Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, USA.
