Guided Meditation Audio + Timer Tracking

For many practitioners, guided meditation is the bridge between intention and practice. Having a teacher's voice lead you through a meditation session removes the uncertainty of 'am I doing this right?' and allows you to surrender into the experience. Shraddha Saburi Path supports guided meditation through the Guided Audio feature — your Mandali owner records their own voice directly in-app on any meditation sankalpa. Members play it during practice while the timer tracks minutes automatically.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Access Guided Audio

Your Mandali owner records a guided meditation directly on any meditation sankalpa using the in-app recorder. These tracks appear on the sankalpa you're part of.

  2. 2

    Play and Follow Along

Select a sankalpa with guided audio and press play. The meditation timer starts automatically, tracking your session duration.

  3. 3

    Practice at Your Pace

Pause, resume, or extend your session beyond the audio track. The timer adapts to your actual practice time.

  4. 4

    Minutes Logged

After the session, your meditation minutes are logged automatically. They contribute to your streak and any active Sankalpas.

Key Features

Self-Recorded Guided Audio

Mandali owners record their own voice directly in the app on any sankalpa. No external audio uploads — the practice stays personal and intimate. Available from Shraddha Mandali (10) with monthly slot caps (4 / 8 / 16 / 32 sankalpas).

Timer Integration

The meditation timer runs alongside guided audio, accurately tracking your actual meditation time.

Per-Sankalpa Guidance

Each sankalpa can have its own guided audio — different meditations for different intentions and practices.

Speed Control

Adjust playback speed to match your comfort level (up to 1.5× with Shraddha Seva, 2.0× with Saburi Seva and higher Mandali tiers).

Offline Access

With the app's PWA offline support, previously loaded audio remains accessible even without internet.

Who It's For

  • Mandali groups where the owner or teacher records regular guided meditations
  • Practitioners who prefer structure and voice guidance over silent sitting
  • Groups wanting guidance in the voice of their own teacher, not a generic track
  • Anyone who wants the accountability of tracked meditation combined with the ease of guided practice

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upload my own pre-recorded audio file?

No. External audio file uploads are not supported anywhere in the app. Mandali owners can record their own voice directly in-app on any sankalpa — this is the only audio path, keeping the practice intimate and authentic.

Are there pre-loaded guided meditations?

Guided content is recorded by your Mandali owner in their own voice. The app provides the timer, the recorder, and the tracking; your community provides the voice.

Is audio meditation free?

The meditation timer is free on Nitya Sadhana. Guided Audio recording requires Shraddha Mandali (10) or a Shraddha Seva / Saburi Seva add-on; playback is free for all members.

Can I do silent meditation too?

Absolutely. The timer works with or without guided audio. You can freely switch between guided and silent sessions.

Do guided sessions count toward milestones?

Yes. All meditation time — guided or silent — counts toward your meditation milestones and daily streak.

Can I listen offline?

The PWA offline support caches previously loaded content. Large audio files may require initial download with internet.

Set a timer, log minutes, and build your meditation streak.

Free to start. Takes under a minute.
